Announcement on change of President
Kissei Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
At the meeting of our Company's Board of Directors on April 25, 2014, a decision was made to change the President as follows.
This change will be authorized at the regular shareholders' meeting and at the meeting of Board of Directors, both scheduled for June 27, 2014.
1.The reason for change
This change is intended to establish a new management structure that can be further consolidated and strengthened through improved dynamic capabilities. , The CEO (Chief Executive Officer) has overall responsibility for corporate management, while the COO (Chief Operating Officer) assumes overall responsibility for business.
