Kissei Announces New President and COO

At the meeting of our Company's Board of Directors on April 22, 2022, a decision was made to change the President as follows.

This change will be authorized at the regular shareholders' meeting and at the meeting of Board of Directors, both scheduled for June 23, 2022.

1.Reason for Change

Kissei will further strengthen and enhance its management foundation in order to fulfill its responsibilities as a company that is continuously listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime Market.
