Please contact the following hotline if you have any complaints or inquiries concerning the personal information we retain, and or to make inquiries about procedures for being notified of the purpose of use of retained personal data, procedures for the disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, or suspension of use of retained personal data, procedures for the disclosure of records of retained personal data acquisition, disposal, or provision to a third party, procedures for the disclosure of measures taken against a third party in a foreign country regarding retained personal data, and etc. (collectively, “Disclosure, etc.”). We are affiliated to the Federation of Pharmaceutical Manufacturers’ Associations of Japan, an accredited personal information protection organization approved by the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare. The Federation accepts complaints and inquiries concerning the handling of personal information by affiliated operators.
